The Concourse Group is a real estate consulting and advisory firm providing support to numerous clients, resulting in billions of dollars worth of successful development. Concourse approaches its projects with a thorough understanding of all elements of a real estate transaction, from concept planning and design, to successful financing and construction and ultimately sale or lease of the project. Concourse draws on the strengths of each of their staff members who possess experience in real estate development, real estate financing and financial analysis, real estate brokerage, land planning, analysis of economic incentives and public sector consulting. Our prior experience in providing professional real estate consulting services to real estate owners and investors, primarily in the area of residential, office, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use properties, provides us with a practical base on which to approach each of our engagements on behalf of our public sector clients. Concourse has extensive experience analyzing real estate projects, assessing potential strengths and weaknesses of each development scenario and performing feasibility and economic analyses to arrive at an optimal development concept. In preparing these scenarios, Concourse creates financial feasibility models for each alternative, and seeks the input of the investment banker community, developers, builders, architects, land planners and local stakeholders.
Concourse’s focus is on federal real estate consulting, Enhanced Use Leasing, Military Housing Privatization and Real Property Exchanges. In advising on public private partnerships, Concourse provides services to public sector clients such as the Air Force and other agencies through the following contracts: Privatization and Real Estate Support Services (PRESS), Financial and Business Solutions (FABS) and Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) schedules.
Since inception, Concourse, and its wholly owned subsidiary entity FPS Advisory Group have been engaged on 58 privatization projects including 22 EUL projects, 2 BRAC projects, 2 property exchanges / MILCON Exchanges, and 32 housing privatization projects at the installations noted below. Concourse projects have resulted in transactions totaling over 9,000 housing units and four million square feet of office space in development or planning, on over 1,200 acres of federal developable land representing billions worth of successful development.
