DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY, MONTGOMERY COUNTY MD

Concourse is the development advisor to Montgomery County’s Housing Opportunity Commission (HOC) for the development of 900 Thayer Avenue in Downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Concourse performed due diligence for site acquisition, assembled the developed team, managed the approval process, and completed necessary pre-development activities. The 117,920 Gross Square Foot development, located in the Silver Spring urban core, will deliver 124 affordable and workforce residential units and 5,550 Square Feet of retail space. Concourse is currently managing the development during the construction phase and is responsible for providing development consulting support, and handing the project off once it is in operations and lease-up is completed.
