REDSTONE ARSENAL MIXED-USE P3

Concourse was retained by a regional developer, Jim Wilson & Associates (JWA), to advise their firm on the pursuit of the Army’s most competitive Enhanced Use Leasing (EUL) opportunity at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.
Concourse’s expertise and diligent work resulted in the award of the Redstone EUL project to its client. The developer (ultimately a JV between Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) and JWA) and the Army executed the transaction documents for the $1 billion mixed-use development in August 2009. Three buildings are currently in development for Boeing - the first was delivered in April 2012. The development program calls for 4.6 million SF of office and retail space, two 150 room hotels, and supporting amenities on the 468 acre site.
